Contact Requests via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Forms
When you contact us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the following data:
- First name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Details about your inquiry (e.g. week of pregnancy, desired package)
This data is used exclusively to contact you and arrange an appointment for your photo shoot. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Note on Meta: Because data collection takes place through a Facebook lead form, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is involved as a joint controller for the collection of this data. Information about Meta's data processing can be found at: facebook.com/policy.php
Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of the conversation to handle your inquiry. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of the Meta group of companies).
3. Storage Period
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your inquiry, and no later than 12 months, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
